Thai Peanut Noodles (Megan Sivert)

The recipe for the Thai Peanut Noodles I brought to Lunch Bunch today can be found here. I couldn't find Sriracha chili sauce at Clark's, but there were several other kinds of chili sauce in the Asian section. I ended up buying something called "Chili Garlic Sauce" that had a picture of a chicken on it. It's very spicy, so use caution!
